The Revenue Office has been formally established and today launches its official website at revenue.gov.vin, where the Network's levy rates, registration, filing and payment guidance and receipts statements will be published.

All news- Revenue Office Confirms Levy Rates and Bands for 2026–27
Rates, bands and thresholds for the four levies are confirmed for the levy year beginning 1 October 2026, unchanged from the interim arrangements. Full tables and worked examples are published from today.
- Revenue Office Opens Registration and Publishes the Filing Timetable
Registration with the Office opens today. Member organisations register by 30 September 2026 and citizens with earnings above the nil band by 31 October 2026. The first quarterly return covers October to December 2026 and is due on 21 January 2027.
- Revenue Office Publishes First Statement of Receipts
Receipts of 1,940,000 credits were collected under the interim arrangements between 10 August and 5 September 2026 and transferred to the Office at establishment. Receipts for the levy year 2026–27 are estimated at 22,600,000 credits.
About the Office
The Revenue Office of the Velocity Interoperability Network assesses and collects the levies of the Network: the Member Contribution Levy, the Interconnection Levy, the Citizen Contribution and Transaction Duty.
It maintains the register of those liable to the levies, issues revenue references, receives returns and payments, publishes statements of receipts and provides guidance to member organisations and citizens.

Rates and bands for the levy year 2026–27 were confirmed unchanged from the interim arrangements, registration with the Office opened, and the first statement of receipts was published. Member organisations register by 30 September 2026.

The levy year opens on 1 October 2026. The first quarterly returns are due on 21 January 2027, and the first quarterly receipts statement will be published in February 2027.
